  • 3/4 cup of almond milk 
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 450 grams of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk, chilled in the refrigerator overnight
  • 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
