Una Burns is the proud manager of Charlie’s Bar. Charlie’s is a traditional, Irish pub in the heart of the island town of Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. The business, which has been in the family name since 1944, is a favourite of both locals and tourists alike.
In this interview, we sat down with Una to learn the family history behind Charlie’s Bar, the importance of the hospitality industry for communities and how the pandemic affected the industry to rebuild as well as much more.
