Wim de Jongh is the owner and founder of Hope Beer based in Kilbarrack. Wim is a Dutchman but born to an Irish mother in the Rotunda hospital in Dublin. A 20-year career in a multi-national packaging company has given Wim great insights into how to run and grow a company.
His passion for beer comes from growing up with Belgian beers in Holland and in 2015 he decided to set up Hope Beer in Dublin together with his wife and his friend Des. 5 Years on since the brewery went into production, Hope Beer has established itself as the craft beer from the Northside of Dublin.
