  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
For the filling
  • 1/2 kg ground beef

  11. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each dough circle.

  13. Crimp the edges of the empanadas with a fork to seal them closed.
  14. Organise the empanadas on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  15. Mix the beaten egg and water in a small bowl, then brush the tops of the empanadas with the mixture.
