In this interview, we had the opportunity to speak with Cesare Varallo. Cesare is a food lawyer in Italy and global advisor on food safety, food labelling and food regulatory issues. In July 2013 I founded the blog foodlawlatest.com and started my independent consultancy activity.
During the interview, he speaks about food fraud prevention, the importance of having regulations in place as well as how he thinks these regulations and food laws may change going forward.
