One of their house cocktails is their Summer Market Spritz. Created with their homemade lemongrass syrup and a mix of Gin and Aperol, it’s always a popular choice with their patrons.

Ingredients:
- 35ml Beefeater London Gin
- 15ml Aperol Spritz
- 20ml Lemongrass Syrup
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Egg White
- Soda Water
- Mint
